Using password for passwordless users

Here are common issues faced by users of passwordless authentication:

  • Try to login with password but you can't login

  • Attempt to reset your password, but you do not receive any password reset email.

If you are experiencing these issues, it is likely because you created your Cabana account using the 'Passwordless' option.

We advise you to do the following:

  1. Login with magic link

  2. Check your email and login with the provided OTP (One Time Passcode/Password)

  3. After successful login, visit https://app.yourcabana.com/profile/account to create a new password

Now, you can login with password OR magic link!
