Passwordless Accounts

If you can’t log in or reset your password, you may be using a passwordless Cabana account. This article shows how to sign in with a One-time PIN and how to create a password.

If you're running into trouble logging in with a password—or you're not receiving a password reset email—you may have originally created your Cabana account using our passwordless option.

Here’s how to get back in:

  1. Log in by clicking on "Login with Passcode".
    Check your email inbox for the One-time PIN (OTP) we send you.

  2. Create a password (optional but helpful!)
    Once you’re logged in, visit:
    https://app.yourcabana.com/profile/account
    From there, you can set a new password.

After that, you’ll be able to log in using either your password or One-time PIN (OTP)—whichever feels easier.
