Your privacy is at the heart of everything we do. Each Cabana Live account has the option to create their own alias. Using an alias is a great way to protect your identity. When you enter the room, your camera is always off, so you never have to worry about being seen.
Our live sessions are never recorded. This helps us maintain a safe, confidential space where you can show up honestly and without worry. We also never share any identifying information with employers—not your name, not your usage, not your attendance.
Cabana Live sessions are intentionally kept small. This helps create a more supportive environment, encourages conversation, and allows moderators to stay closely attuned to the group’s needs.
