Your privacy is at the heart of everything we do. Before joining a live group, you can enter any name you’d like—using an alias is a great way to protect your identity. When you enter the room, your camera is always off, so you never have to worry about being seen.

Our live groups are never recorded. This helps us maintain a safe, confidential space where you can show up honestly and without worry. We also never share any identifying information with employers—not your name, not your usage, not your attendance.

Cabana groups are intentionally kept small. This helps create a more supportive environment, encourages conversation, and allows moderators to stay closely attuned to the group’s needs.

We’re here to make sure you feel supported every step of the way.
