Getting started is easy. Once you <a href="https://app.mycabana.health/login" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Create an account</a>, head to Sessions tab to browse upcoming live sessions. When you find one that fits your needs, simply click Reserve/Reserve a spot to register!

When it’s time for the group, you can enter directly from your Home screen once you’re logged in.
